Cancellation Policy
Although life is busy and hectic sometimes,
it is imperative that cancellations are handled in the following manner:
First one is a freebee… we all need a little room for mistakes.
After that, if for any reason you are unable to make an appointment, please call immediately to cancel or reschedule your appointment in order to make the time available for another client. Failure to call within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of your appointment due at the next visit. Failure to call at all will result in a 100% charge for your appointment due at the next visit.
If you are sick, please cancel at any time. You will not be charged unless the privilege is abused.
If I am unable to answer my phone, a message is acceptable.
